You have successfully negotiated the sale of your home.  All parties have signed and accepted the terms.  It is time to act on the contracts provisions.  In nearly every contract there are contingencies recarding financing, inspections, loans, earnest money, etc.  Your Expert REALTOR will set up and coordinate the inspections, appraisal, provide necessary documentation to the appropriate to the lender, and title company.


Each provision has definite time frame and must be coordinated and finalized in order to provide a smooth transaction.  If for example the appraisal doesn’t get completed in time, then the loan commitment date may need to be extended.


You’ll be involved and informed every step of the way.
