You have successfully negotiated the sale of your home.  All parties have signed and accepted the terms.  It is time to act on the contracts provisions.  Your Expert REALTOR will set up and coordinate the inspections, appraisal, occupancy inspections, etc..  The earnest money deposit must me made.  Contracts and pertinent documents are sent to the title company and lender.

Each provision has definite time frame and must be coordinated and finalized in order to provide a smooth transaction.  If for example the appraisal doesn’t get completed in time, then the loan commitment date may need to be extended.
