Drivers under the age of seven can hop into a vintage pedal car just their size and cruise through the streets of a city just their size, complete with the colorful storefronts of a movie theater, school, grocery store and even the St. Louis Arch, in honor of its 40th anniversary. These front-seat drivers will learn to put on the brakes at stop signs, yield to pedestrians, slow down in a school zoe and even proceed with caution at a deer crossing.
