Along with his start to finish renovation projects, Brian owns a company called Coordinating Lifestyles which offers interior design & renovation consulting. In 1999 Brian moved to St Louis from Dallas Texas where he was an interior designer specializing in wallpaper and custom painting. Brian has the skill of uniting the right home to his clients passion. He brings this astute understanding to his successful real estate career and is able to assist his clients through what can sometimes be a complex process. Brian’s objective is to advise his clients so thoroughly, that they are ultimately empowered to make their own informed decisions with confidence. Brian’s clients receive something much more valuable than expert real estate advice and a successfully completed transaction: they receive a lifetime friend and neighbor. Brian’s approach to successful home marketing hinges on two factors – generating excitement about the property, and exposing the property to all audiences (the more people who know about your home the more opportunity for a quick sale). Equipped with the latest technology in the industry, his marketing efforts is heavy focused on the World Wide Web (website, e-mail, Multiple Listing Service, digital still photos, etc.) and his proficiency with these tools enables him to target marketing materials to effectively enhance the sale of his client’s property. Brian’s approach to assisting buyers in finding the right home focuses on satisfying deeper, more personal needs and wants in addition to home composition and amenities. By discovering those needs and wants, benefits like: investment, convenience, comfort, aesthetics, lifestyle, pride. This discovery results from the extra time and effort devoted to efficiently and effectively assisting in secure the home of his buyer’s dreams. Clients say that Brian is a rare and special individual, that he is passionate, creative, diligent and straight forward. Brian has lived in St Louis for 8 years and currently resides in South City.
