The Benton Park Neighborhood is named after St. Louis Missouri's second oldest park, formerly known as City Park, later named for Thomas Hart Benton.   Beginning as early as 1836 this Neighborhood maintains a prominent place in St. Louis Heritage.

In 1985 the neighborhood earned the distinction as the largest historic district in St. Louis when the landmarks completed a voluminous nomination into the national Register.

Located about 5 minutes from downtown at I-55 and Arsenal it's also a short trip to many St. Louis attractions such as the Fox Theater, The Botanical Gardens, City Museum, St. Louis and Washington Universities to name a few.
